factory overhaul

At OPS-INGERSOLL, we have the focus on highest quality and precision. This is how we carry out our factory overhauls to ensure the high standards of our machines:

Dismantling and cleaning

Each machine is dismantled and thoroughly cleaned, if necessary.

Check of the machine geometry

As a basis for precise machining, we check the machine geometry and realign if necessary.

Replacement of wearing parts

Seals, bearings and ball screws are always replaced by us.

Check of the machine electrical system

Electrical components are tested and repaired to ensure reliable operation.

Control

The machine control is checked and performance tested by the control system manufacturer. Available PLC- and NC-updates are implemented.

Appearance

The paintwork is checked and, if necessary, renewed so that you receive a machine that looks as good as new.

Function and performance tests

We check the perfect condition after the factory overhaul with comprehensive function and performance tests.

Complete testing and final inspection

Before delivery, each used machine undergoes a final mechanical, geometric and electronic acceptance test. The tests are carried out in accordance with the current acceptance protocols.
